''Cruel world''

This must be in "Scraps" because this picture is fail, but I put effort into it, so I can't... XD ...I don't like this weird neck...
Pigeon Man (or Vincent) from "Hey Arnold!" 's episode "Pigeon Man". I like his design and the character itself! (but I can't understand how his clothes is related to birds... XD I mean, it's more related to aircrafts...)
Also, I've seen somewhere written that in original ending of this episode he was supposed to kill himself, but it was rejected (I can't even understand how they came up to such idea... Why?...)... So that's why I tried to make this picture sad. But fail.
